Fomer Deputy Minister for Tourism, Culture and Creative Arts, Abla Dzifa Gomashie has applauded the AritaGlobe Foundation for their continuous advocacy on breast cancer.

Speaking to the founder of the Foundation, Princess Arita Anim at the just ended 145th Inter-Parliamentary Union Assembly in Kigali, Rwanda, the former actress stressed the need for everyone to join in the campaign.

“Women issue are real issues, I mean for me even if you’re not female, you were birth by a female. So for me when it’s October, it’s all about all of us—being concerned and being interested about the well being of of a female. Ultimately, we provide care, we assist at home, we bring some income, we nurture and also seek our space around the development table where discussion are heard about all of us” she said.

According to her, it is for the reason AritaGlobe Foundation’s campaign deserves some applause.

“If one womanless cannot participate because of cancer it’s an issue we must all be interested in and It’s for that reason I applaud you AritaGlobe a foundation for what you are doing” she emphasized.

Ablah Dzifa Gomashie is a Ghanaian female veteran actress, producer, screen scriptwriter and a politician. She also served as a deputy tourism minister under the National Democratic Congress in 2013 and 2017. Currently, the legislator for the good people of Ketu South constituency in the Volta region.
