The Philadelphia Eagles have signed head coach Nick Sirianni to a multi-year contract extension following the team’s emphatic 40–22 victory over the Kansas City Chiefs in Super Bowl LIX.

Sirianni, who was entering the final year of his original five-year deal, has guided the Eagles to four straight playoff appearances, two NFC Championships, and now the franchise’s second Super Bowl title. Under his leadership, the team posted a 14–3 regular-season record in 2024 and dominated the postseason.

Eagles owner Jeffrey Lurie lauded Sirianni’s leadership in a statement:
“Nick has embodied everything we were looking for in a head coach since we hired him four years ago. His authentic leadership, football intelligence, passion, and growth mindset have helped bring out the best in our team.”

While financial terms and the length of the extension were not disclosed, the deal provides stability as the Eagles look to build on their recent success.

Sirianni’s overall record with the team stands at 54–23, including playoff games—good for a .701 winning percentage, the fifth-highest in NFL history among coaches with at least 75 games.

Philadelphia will open the 2025 NFL season on September 4 against the Dallas Cowboys.
