Ghana’s former Chief Justice, Kwasi Anin-Yeboah, has been appointed as the Deputy Chairman of FIFA Adjudicatory Chamber. His appointment was announced at the 75th FIFA Congress in Asunción, Paraguay on Thursday, May 15, 2025.

As Deputy Chairman of FIFA’s Disciplinary Committee, Justice Anin-Yeboah will continue to play a crucial role in upholding the integrity of international football. The committee is responsible for enforcing disciplinary measures and ensuring compliance with FIFA’s regulations, a task that requires the utmost fairness and legal expertise.

Parallel to his legal career, Justice Anin-Yeboah has made substantial contributions to football governance. 

His involvement includes serving on the Ghana Football Association’s Disciplinary and Appeals Committees and the Confederation of African Football’s Appeals Committee. He was appointed to the Adjudicatory Chamber of FIFA’s Ethics Committee in 2016 and was elected Chairman of FIFA’s Disciplinary Committee in 2017.
