Minsiter for Parliamentary Affairs, Osei Kyei-Mensah-Bonsu was among other patrons that witnessed the commissioning of a 20-unit ultra- modern residential facility for justices of the Appeals Court in Kumasi today, October 17, 2022 by the President.
Mr. Kyei-Mensah- Bonsu who was on an equally official assignment abroad was visibly noticed at the ceremony of great importance to him and the good people of Ghana, he asserts.
The project, which comprises four bedrooms each, a swimming pool and recreational facilities was funded by the District Assembly Common Fund (DACF) under the leadership of Irene Naa Torshie Addo.
President Akufo-Addo commended Otumfuo Osei Tutu II for providing the 7(seven) acres of land and the Administrator of DACF, Irene Naa Torshie Addo for her exceptional leadership .
The centre is expected to ease accommodation pressure of the justices and fast track adjudication of cases at the Appeals Court in Kumasi.
